DESCRIPTION: S-FIX S-400 WHITE is high strength polymer modified super flexible white cement based adhesive with superior bond strength.

MIXING METHOD: Add S-FIX S400 to clean water and mix thoroughly until a slump free paste is obtained. 20Kg bag will require approximately 5-6 litres of clean water. The said adhesive is immediately ready for use and no further water should be added while in use. 

METHOD APPLICATION:

1. Spread not more than 1Sq.mtr. at a time, apply the adhesive to the substrate using notched trowel.
2. Comb the adhesive to the required depth using a suitable trowel.
3. Press the tiles firmly into position with a slight twisting action.
4. Tiles/marbles/mosaics shold be fixed within 15 minutes of adhesives being applied.
   Tiles/marbles/mosaics can audjusted up to 10-15 minutes after fixing.
5. Clean off surplus adhesive from the tiles face and between joints after 24 hours.
6. Do not use in dump conditions.

COVERAGE: This will depend on the nature & fatness of the surface & the method of application, but at 3mm thickness it is approximately require 3.5kg/m when using a thin-bed trowel.

SHELF LIFE: 12 months when stored in normal dry conditions.

PRECAUTIONS: Keep out of reach of children, wear suitable protective clothing, gloves & eyes/face protection. After contact with skin wash immediately with plenty of clean water. In case of contact with eyes rinse, clean immediately with plenty of water & seek medical advice.
